You can't.You need to go to a Dermatologist,so they can give you something Just for that.You can also try Proactive.

Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of scaring, believe me iv tried.


There are some Dermatologists that do skin peels but after getting the details of the procedure, I decided that id rather keep the scars, its pretty nasty! I just use a Lou fa sponge,while I'm in the shower and gently exfoliate the area, twice a day.


Exfoliation or to debride the area will help to increase new skin growth and make them less visible.


For pigmentation: bleaching creams are available I tried John Plunkett's Super Fade cream, I noticed small results but nothing to get excited about.


It might work for you just don't get sucked in to buying miracles in a jar.
