What's a good skin lightener for my acne discoloration/scars?

my scars aren't raised or indented, so i don't like to call them scars. I call them discolored acne spots.





I'd like to get a skin lightener (I'm 14, I have acne-prone skin and i have fair skin)





it should be non-comedogenic/oil-free so that it won't clog my pores and cause breakouts

It's expensive but Obagi NuDerm products work amazingly. The skin lightener (called Clear) is prescription hydroquinone so you'll need to see a doctor. But it definitely works.What's a good skin lightener for my acne discoloration/scars?
