now i'm more annoyed at the acne scars at the moment, the acne i can deal with but the scars are just so annoying i know i got them from picking and scratching them when i first got them, and i've stopped picking and scratching them but i just want to know whats the easiest way to get rid of the scars, i don't really want anything that expensive, around 拢50 is the highest amount of money i will pay.

I'll tell you one thing, don't try one of those procedures like microdermabrasion. I have a friend who is so cute. She managed to clear up her acne completely with that stuff Jessica Simpson endorses, but she complained about acne scars. I didn't see anything, like I said she's a beautiful girl. So she started going to this doctor and getting this procedure, and spending all of this money on it. This was last June. Suddenly her acne came back full force, I mean worse than ever. The stuff she was using didn't even work anymore. To this day, a year later, she still has it severe. It's very sad. She's still a knockout but is extremely self conscious about it. I would suggest vitamin E, taken orally, flax oil and flax seeds, taken orally, vitamin C, applied topically.
You need to see a specialist, they are the best people to recommend creams to suit your purpose. Today there are thousands of creams out there for acne so i guess it's just finding out which is the best quality and which one is the best for you skin and your price range.
