Vitamin E for Acne Scars?

I've seen a lot of questions on here saying that vitamin e helps get rid of acne scars. So do I use like vitamin e oil or do I have to actually consume vitamin e through food or pills?Vitamin E for Acne Scars?

It really depends on the level of scarring. For mild acne scars vitamin E oil may helped when rubbed on the area, but it will take continuous application over a period of time. For cystic scars or a larger area I would recommend you visit a good dermatologist or esthetician who can find procdeures and products that will fix your skin. Be careful when dealing with scars though, you don't want to put something on your face that could damage them more!!
