How to get rid of these ugly acne scars! PICS INCLUDED?

i had like one of those acne and as time passed by it just left a red scar that never went away. i have been using bio oil for 3 months and vitamin e (28,000 iu) oil at night and i never got acne on my cheeks since but the scars wont go away!

Have you tried Mederma (sp?). It helps to quit rid of scars, and I'm pretty sure it would work on acne scarring. It's a bit pricey, but would be worth it.

the most important thing in getting rid of scars is keeping them out of sunlight. when you go outside, always put on facial sunscreen. you also need to moisturize. i know it seems girly but im so serious. i fell into a pool and had to get 5 stitches in my face, owe, it left a really bad scar i was devastated, im a girl and we do tend to get carried away with that kind of stuff sometime. i went to my local CVS pharmacy and bought this stuff called SCAR ZONE with green tea. i paid like 15 bucks for it and it worked great. i noticed a rapid change in the appearence of my scar. and that scar zone stuff has sunscreen in it to. i applied it about 3 or 4 times a day. i fell in the pool in the begining of the summer and now my scar is almost compleatyl gone, and the impact to my face almost busted it compleatly through my entire cheek. it works you have got to get some. my little sis has bad stretch marks on her legs and uses bio oil didnt work too great gave her my scar zone stuff and they going away much faster now. and if all else fails, talk to your doctor or go to a specialist and stay out of the sun if you dont have sunscreen on.
