LOL Never heard that you could have acne on you butt. Anyway sorry about the scars thogh... Try something you use for your face...
Ask the doctor thats not acne its a form of herpes. You get it from sitting on public toilet seats.
I'm not sure if they have a certain medication for that, but you could probably use stuff like proactive, clean and clear, neutrogina,etc.

uummm, I've never really had acne on my butt


but i did have one pimple on my arm once, i remember...it was pretty small, and i don't know how big urz are.


i used Clearasil acne cream stuff, that i use on my face.


it worked well.

no offense but i think you should ask closer friends. But i would use cream recommended for scars. or consult your doctor. Hope this helps!
