i want a product that can reduce acne scars on my face.. like make it less noticeable. i heard that using lemon can reduce the scarring.. is that true? any product or something that i could make at home would be helpful..thanks!

Don't apply lemon straight to your skin, it can burn your skin with the acid, also it can make your skin go darker.





Try using vitamin E oil.
i have hyperpigmentation also. I read a book on skincare and apparently TCA Peels are a good treatment for the scars, in conjunction with isotretonin aka Retin-A.


So basically you get your face peeled with a ';light'; non toxic chemical once, or possibly twice if you need it, and then put Retin-A cream on your face starting the day your face has healed from the TCA Peel, and you put the retin-A cream for 6 weeks, and it works wonders apparently. P.s. you can order tca peels on the internet and do it ureself for like 40 bucks, or see a doctor and get them to do it for like 900 bucks. You can get Retin-A on the internet or from a doctor. If all else fails, you could get laser resurfacing for a couple thousand dollars, double p.s. acne scars do fade a bit with time, even without treatment but were talking years.

i heard bio-oil is bad for your fACe but ive never tried it for my acne scars personally. but others have had bad experiences with it so i'd consult a professional if i were you before trying bio-oil.
