i was wondering if there is anything at all, that makes them fade at least a little bit. My scars are very embarrassing, i get self-consious sometimes. Is there anything you have tried and worked?

Actually the best thing you can do if your problem is serious is to see your doctor, or skin specialist.. a dermatologist ..there is laser resurfacing and dermabrasion that will take off all those scars but it takes like 10 days to heal .. afterwards your skin and you will look and feel much better ,, you can always call d ask questions about the fees %26amp;the applications , also if it is covered under insurance etc Good luckI have alot of acne scars and.....?
try buying an expensive moisturizer, dont scratch ur acne because that can cause scars, i would reccomend foundation but using that only causes more spots, if you have some scars u are really self-consious about, use a concealer, not excessively but just to hide some deep scars. acne is only natural, especially if ur parents suffer from it, thats where u get it from, blame them! :) and just to let u know, if u visit a doctor, they do usually provide u with acne cream or general antibiotics to prevent more acne
oh this stuff, my friend got called acutine ( i dont know how to spell it thats just how it sounds) his whole face was just scars and now its like... perfect. its a pill. he got it from his dermentoloigist i think

They should fade a little bit over time. Other than that I don't think there's anything you can do to make them better unless you want to cover them with some makeup.

Home remidies 4 acne scars?
I have kind of red flat/raised acne scars that are relatively new. my acne just started clearing up lately but they left behind some annoying scars. i don't want to spend a lot of money on it. and please no suggestions with lemon juice because i heard that can irritate your skin, and i have sensitive skin. Here's my routine:

There is a wonderful skin lightening agent called Topiclear Number One. It will take about 6 months to see the results, but it is probably one of the cheapest ways to go. Other than that, you can always go for microdermabrasion at a dermatologist (this could be costly).
If the scars aren't too bad - they will fade away on their own. Check with a dermatologists - you probably get better advice there and they can analyze your skin
Plastic surgery.....no......there are many people who has scars and sombody liked those kind of people what you do is to have a healthy diet but don't have any medical treatment to your scars they do nothing and can do a potential harm to you.

THIS WORKS FAST %26amp; CHEAP!!!
I used Tetracyclin, Proactive, Retina A and had many expensive facials with less than good results.
This has worked for me and many many other happy people.
Go to pharm.,Drug store, or Walmart, buy ';PURPOSE'; bar of soap - Blue box - Made by Johnson %26amp; Johnson - wash your face with this
2-3x's per day. Also pick up a LOW strength Benzoyl-peroxide cream, apply the cream by dabbing
to the individual blemishes.... DONT rub it in works using a oxidation/reduction reaction..It will unclog
dry it out and bring it to a head...DONT over use this or put anywhere else on your face. It will cause drying and make you look worse.
Salicylates such as found in regular asprin among other products work very similar but also remove layers of skin...
other over the counter creams with this product will dry out pimples but maybe too hash and cause surrounding skin trauma..
I have seen many people recommending crushing asprin and making a paste which probably will dry out the blemish but again
pretty strong and probably will cause more tissue damage and bigger scars as an anti inflammatory
probably would take the reddness out... again pretty harsh for sensative skin.
Also, If need which probably will for moisture ASK FOR ';NUTRADERM lotion'; - the orginal not the new stuff, this works
great and wont clog pores or leave a residue on your skin...Any lotion that is completely oil free and hypoallergic should

You have other problems too. You are constipated, Eyes twitch , blister in mouth or sore throat, quite often catch bad cold etc.
The remedy lies in changing your heating habits. Leave all the dead foods, canned foods or pulses/cereals.change over to fresh fruits and vegetables whether raw or half cooked.
With this you wud find bowls clear up fast and you wud start recovery very soon. If you could add up exercise and or walk up to 4 kms it wud be an added advantage.

Try taking a hot shower(will open pores) and cleaning your face by applying rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and rubbing your face with it.making lipstick

Hey Im 15 and i have acne. yes, and i hate it. But im more worried about the scars it leaves behind. my brother is now 18 and he also had acne, even though he popped his pimples, he doesnt seem to have any scars, pox, dents etc. When i look at my face, i can see the dents and the scars. Ive noticed that when people begin to develop facial hair, and shave , the dents and scars go away. Don't have much $. I suggest you get an oxy wash.
First I'd take a very warm wash cloth (clean) and heat it in the micro for a few seconds. Place it on your face. Repeat.
Wash with oxy and put some peroxide on your areas. Follow with an acne cream. REPEAT at night (not the wash cloth part) Find a good toner - too - (I am not sure what CVS or a drug store has).
If you can talk your parents in to looking in to Arbonne's clear advantage it's a nice regime which is good for you. (Better then harsh medicine) and comes with a supplement to help combat acne from the inside out.
pop the pimples, it will be red for a few hours but do go away, the scars some come from the medication it stops the skin from breathing.

Scars rearly go away but over time blend better with the skin. If you have active acne, try one of my soaps. I have had a lot of positive feedback from folks with skin problems. Also read the names and side effects of chemicals used in manufactured health care you should avoid.

to tighten pores and dry up pimples.

I had awful nodular acne for a while a little less than a year ago. The worse part was right along my jaw line, where you couldnt even notice a single pimple, it was just one on top of the other that never went away. I honestly never wanted to leave the house.
I finally had to take accutane and my acne is gone, but now of course i have scars. I dont really have pock mark scars, but redness and raised scars. exfoliating masks wont do it. The best option is a chemical peel. Talk to a dermatologist about it. But make sure you get a good one. There are some really harsh chemicals involved in chemical peels so you need a good dermatologist if you dont want anything to go wrong. Best bet is to ask your primary care providor for a refferal.

Jae is 100% WRONG!! Natural oils is the most healing thing I've used on my face. I used to have lots of acne,but oils have healed my skin it's never looked this radiant! Bio oil is bad for your face: loaded with toxic chemicals. Lemon juice is healing, use sparingly. Report Abuse

okay simple and sweet (literally) ...mix honey and lemon juice to gather and apply as a mask for a few days try to keep it on for 3 hours/day and wash it off with warm water then put it on again....the mask should be thick

I'm not sure if they have a certain medication for that, but you could probably use stuff like proactive, clean and clear, neutrogina,etc.

Why won't my acne scars fade???
I've had some acne scars for a bit. I've been using cocoa butter lotion for a month or two. Most cleared up just fine, but there's some on my cheek %26amp; lip that has not really faded. The one on my lip almost seems darker than it was before I started using cocoa butter lotion. Because some scars are deeper and more severe than others. Many take time to fade and if you don't protect them from the sun...they will darken.
Try using some vitamin C serum, find a type that agrees with your skin and use it under your moisturizer. It lessens the scars (for me) and keeps new acne bumps from forming. But find the right skin serum with C for you otherwise you may break out. You don't have to buy a super expensive one either. Avalon and Jason C make some and drugstore.com has a big selection. Once you find one that works for you...research the best site to buy it from to save money.Why won't my acne scars fade???
